Raise a glass to these 3 easy and fun zero-proof cocktails that will add some life back into your Halloween celebrations.

Blood Orange Paloma Mocktail

Ingredients

  1. 2 oz water

  2. 1.5 oz grapefruit juice

  3. 1 oz lime

  4. 1 oz Cumin Chipotle Syrup (recipe below)

  5. Blood Orange DRY

Instructions

  1. Build into a Boston Shaker.

  2. Shake and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with Blood Orange DRY.

  4. Garnish with fresh flowers and thyme.

Cumin Chipotle Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of sugar

  2. ½ cup of water

  3. 1 tbsp cumin seeds

  4. 1 tsp chipotle powder

Instructions

  1. Toast cumin seeds in a pan.

  2. Add sugar and water to a pot and bring to a gentle boil.

  3. Add toasted cumin seeds and chipotle powder.

  4. Turn off heat and let steep for 5 min.

  5. Pour the mixture through a chinois strainer.

Lavender Potion Mocktail

Ingredients

  1. 6 oz. Lavender DRY Botanical Bubbly, chilled

  2. 3 oz. Coconut Water, chilled

  3. 2 oz. Apple Juice

  4. 10 fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, coconut water, and apple juice to a pint glass and carefully muddle.

  2. Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with Lavender DRY and garnish with lavender or rosemary.

Vanilla DRY Grapefruit Mocktail

Ingredients

  1. 6 oz. Vanilla DRY Botanical Bubbly, chilled

  2. 2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice, chilled

  3. 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Lightly mix grapefruit juice and Vanilla DRY in the glass.

  2. Smack sage to release aromatics.

  3. Use sage for garnish alongside the grapefruit wheel.
