6 Zero-Proof Mule Recipes For DRY January

Non-Alcoholic spirit options are easier to find than ever and we mix well with all of them! We're highlighting a handful of the amazing NA spirit brands we've had the pleasure to work with lately in variations of our favorite cocktail. The Mule! All made with our ginger soda.


The Zero-Proof Ginger Mule is one of our OG recipes. It's a classic and full of flavor. If you're looking for a great, flavorful cocktail to enjoy for DRY January and beyond... this is it!




Ginger Lime Mule


8-10 mint leaves

.5 oz. lime juice

.5 oz. simple syrup

DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly



In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Lightly muddle together. Pour the muddled mixture over ice. Top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly. Garnish with mint leaves, lime peel or wedge, and a straw.








Mexican Mule


1 oz. pineapple juice

.5 oz. lime juice

1 oz. Free Spirits Tequila

DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly

Dried orange or lime for garnish


In a cocktail shaker combine pineapple juice, lime juice, Free Spirits Tequila, and ice. Shake briefly until cold and pour into a glass with ice. Top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly and garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.








Cranberry Ginger Mule


8-10 mint leaves

1 oz. cranberry juice

1 oz. Monday Gin

.5 oz. Lime Juice

DRY Ginger Botanical bubbly

Fresh mint and lime for garnish


In a cocktail shaker combine cranberry juice, lime juice, Monday Gin, mint, and ice. Gently muddle until the mint is broken down. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour in the shaker mixture, gently stir with a straw or bar spoon. Top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.






Ginger Orange Mule

8-10 mint leaves

1 oz. Wilderton Lustre

.5 oz. fresh orange juice

.5 oz. fresh lime juice

DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly


In a cocktail shaker add ice, mint, Wilderton Lustre, lime juice, and orange juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass and top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly. Garnish with a long orange peel and fresh mint.







Zero-Proof Kentucky Mule


8-10 mint leaves

.25 oz. Lyre's Orange Sec

1 oz. Lyre's American Malt

.5 oz. simple syrup steeped with cinnamon sticks

.5 oz. lime juice

.5 oz. orange juice.

DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly

Cinnamon sticks, orange wedge, fresh mint for garnish


In a cocktail shaker add ice, mint, Lyre's Orange Sec, Lyre's American Malt, simple syrup, lime juice, and orange juice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, orange wedge, and fresh mint.





Blackberry Ginger Mule


8-10 mint leaves

5-6 fresh blackberries

.5 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. Ritual Zero-Proof Tequila

DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly


In a cocktail shaker mint, lime juice, blackberries, Ritual Tequila. Gently muddle until the mint and blackberries are broken down. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour in the shaker mixture, gently stir with a straw or bar spoon. Top with DRY Ginger Botanical Bubbly and garnish with mint and blackberries.
